Mary looked at our house, advised us on listing price, identified updates to our house would help us maximize our selling price, created a schedule/plan to get the home ready for market, connected us with contractors who helped us with the updates, and then helped coordinate the schedule of appointments with these contractors to ensure that they followed through and we stayed on top of everything. We would have spent twice as much making those changes if not for her connections and help and the updates really helped to sell our house to the new buyers. Because of her hard work, our house went under contract before it even hit the market for well over the asking price. We are frankly amazed by what she was able to accomplish for us. She attended every meeting we had with the builders, every design selection conference and successfully negotiated with the builder to NOT impose a significant last minute price increase due to the builder’s construction cost increases. During this entire process Mary has been constantly available by phone, text and email and ready to tackle any minor or major problem that arose. We have bought and sold several homes over the last 40 years and we have never had a better real estate agent.
